About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Senior Procurement Manager to lead the delivery of our procurement programme with a strong focus on IT and Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) transformation. This is a unique opportunity to shape how the organisation partners with technology suppliers, ensuring digital ambitions are met through robust, commercially effective procurement strategies.You'll play a pivotal role in delivering the procurement plan aligned with corporate strategy, enabling digital transformation that improves services.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the procurement programme through an effective business partnering approach, with emphasis on IT and DDaT categories.
  • Deliver a responsive, high-quality, and commercially focused procurement service that supports digital innovation.
  • Manage complex and high-value technology procurements, leveraging a range of routes to market.
  • Implement strategies to manage procurement risk and ensure compliance with Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR15) and Procurement Act 2023 (PA23).
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to embed procurement best practice and support transformation initiatives.
  • Drive performance monitoring and reporting ensuring service excellence.

About You

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, above-threshold procurements, ideally within IT and digital transformation contexts.
  • Strong understanding of technology markets, digital platforms, and agile delivery models.
  • Advanced IT and systems skills, including Microsoft Office and procurement tools.
  • A collaborative leader who can inspire teams and stakeholders to embrace change.
