This is an exciting moment to join us. We're not just improving access to healthcare; we're empowering people to take control of it.

The Role

We're looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to enhance our patient experience and elevate our internal operations through smarter, more effective product solutions.

You'll work hands-on with product, engineering, clinical and operational teams to improve how patients interact with our services, while equipping our internal teams with the tools they need to deliver exceptional care. If you love solving complex problems, thrive on collaboration, and want to make a measurable impact in digital healthcare, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Do

  • Shape the product strategy
for patient experience and internal tools, partnering closely with the Head of Product.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration
, building strong relationships across clinical, commercial, marketing and engineering teams.
  • Champion patient-centricity
, using research and data to uncover insights and guide decisions.
  • Execute product development
, balancing customer needs, technical constraints and business outcomes.
  • Promote best-in-class product practices
, supporting agile delivery, transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Break down epics, work closely with Engineering Leads, and become the go-to expert for your product areas.

What You'll Bring

  • Solid experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager — ideally in digital health, MedTech, healthcare, or a regulated D2C/B2C environment.
  • Experience contributing to strategic product roadmaps.
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving setting.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you know how to bring people with you.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, including at senior/exec level.
  • A patient-led, data-driven mindset.
  • Strong understanding of agile and lean product development.
  • A structured, thoughtful problem-solver.

Who You Are

  • Humble
    — open, kind, and receptive to feedback.
  • Curious
    — you question assumptions and explore new possibilities.
  • Resilient
    — you adapt quickly and face challenges head-on.
  • A "macher"
    — you take initiative and make things happen.
  • Collaborative
    — you share ideas and work as one team.
  • People-focused
    — you actively bring user feedback and behaviours into your decisions.

Benefits from day one:

  • 33 days' leave (inc. bank holidays) + your birthday off
  • Free access to Wellness Cloud
  • SimplyHealth cashback plan
  • 20% discount on ZAVA products & services (for you and loved ones)
  • Remote, hybrid & flexible working
  • MacBook Pro
  • Flexible bank holidays

After probation:

  • £500 annual training budget
  • Vitality private health insurance + discounts & Headspace
  • Workplace Nursery Scheme
  • Pension salary sacrifice
  • Sabbatical after 2 years
  • Work abroad for up to 2 months per year
  • Loyalty vouchers at 3, 5, and 10 years

(Some benefits may vary by role.)

We value diverse perspectives. If you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply and tell us how we can set you up for success.
