Location: Woodberry Down (Phase 1)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday

Salary: £22,000 - £23,000

Contract: Permanent

Development Details:

This role is based at Woodberry Down (Phase 1), a high-end development in Finsbury Park, just a short walk from both Finsbury Park and Manor House underground stations. The development features approximately 584 new luxury homes that are being constructed and offers top-tier amenities, including a gym and spa, set across 64 acres of landscaped grounds.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Cleaner at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • you'll have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
  • You have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
  • your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • you'll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
  • you'll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
