What will you be doing?

We are recruiting for a experienced Workshop Customer Service Advisor to join our busy fast fit centre team.

Please note that automotive industry experience will be required for this role.

Please note that the working hours for this role will be Mon-Fri 8.30 to 5.30 and Sat 8.00 to 12.30 with a day or half day off during the week.

The ability to work as part of a team in a busy and rewarding environment. Customer focus, and communication skills are important in this role.

As a Service Advisor your duties will include dealing with all customers in a professional manner, portraying a positive impression of our service centre. Advising Customers on technical queries and issues you will be first point of contact for booking vehicles into the workshop and informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.

Your responsibilities will include:

· To work with the workshop team to achieve the highest possible levels of performance.

· To receive customers and their vehicles in a friendly and professional manner.

· Discuss and confirm vehicle service requirements and parts.

· Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle, giving advice on the work to be done and providing estimates for repair work.

· Capture customer and vehicle data in line with company procedures, making sure invoices are accurate and completed on time.

· Ensure all work is carried out in line with Company policies and procedures.

· Adhere to health and safety requirements and standards.

· Deliver excellent customer service.
