Our client, based in Coventry, is currently recruiting for a
Accounts Receivable Administrator
on a 3-month temp to permanent contract, with a salary of
£27,000 on offer.

The position is due to start
immediately
on a full-time basis and offers
2 days per week WFH
and requires 3 in the office.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Excel and in a fast-paced environment.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Reviewing new supplier information and identifying any risks
  • Ensuring excel records are accurate and updated
  • Managing the Contracts inbox, ensuring it is always up to date and dealing with any client queries
  • Working closely with the customers, Sales Teams, and Portfolio Directors to resolve any challenges to the Terms and Conditions

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
