The Role

We're looking for a commercially driven Technical Sales Executive with a strong background in sales or telesales who's eager to help businesses transform how they communicate.

This is a client-facing role where you'll build relationships and visit customers to showcase the platform, understand their goals, and design bespoke AI communication solutions that deliver measurable ROI.

You'll work at the intersection of sales, strategy, and technology, collaborating with our development team to turn opportunities into live AI agents that drive growth and efficiency for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit clients across the UK for meetings, demonstrations, and discovery sessions.
  • Translate client needs into clear solutions, proposals, and technical briefs.
  • Work with the development team to design, launch, and optimise AI communication agents.
  • Lead client onboarding, training, and adoption to ensure long-term success.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative client relationships — identifying new opportunities and upsell potential.
  • Provide insights and feedback to help shape product development and improvements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of client activity, progress, and performance metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven background in sales or telesales, ideally within SaaS, AI, or communications.
  • Experience in client-facing, pre-sales, or solution-consulting roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable visiting clients and running on-site demos or workshops.
  • Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for how it's transforming business communication.
