Reading, Reading, United Kingdom Future Publishing Full time £35,000 - £40,000 per year

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office & Facilities Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of our Winnersh office and provide essential support to our teams. This role is varied and dynamic, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Lead Executive Assistant, you'll;

  • Central Point of Contact- You'll become the face of the organisation — greeting visitors, working with staff across all departments, and handling enquiries. This offers many opportunities to build relationships and be a trusted, reliable team member.
  • Broad Operational Influence - You will touch office management, facilities, procurement, IT coordination, scheduling, and event support. This wide scope makes the work varied and engaging, and allows you to build valuable cross-functional experience.
  • Ownership & Responsibility - Serving as a key holder, managing vehicle fleets, and coordinating office safety and compliance. You'll gain practical experience in responsibility, prioritisation, and independent decision-making.
  • Contribution to Employee Experience & Workplace Culture - You help ensure the office environment runs smoothly, is well-stocked, and is welcoming. You also contribute to team events and studio preparation. This means you directly impact team morale and the work environment.
  • Skill Development Across Multiple Professional Areas - From IT troubleshooting and vendor coordination to expense processing and travel arrangements, you develop a blend of administrative, technical, organisational, and problem-solving skills that are valuable and transferable to many future career paths.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
  • Happy with communication, both face-to-face and through email.
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Reception or Front-Desk experience
What's in it for you

The expected range for this role is £35,000 - £40,000

This is a Hybrid role from our Reading Office, working three days from the office, two from home

… Plus more great perks, which include;

  • Uncapped leave, because we trust you to manage your workload and time
  • When we hit our targets, enjoy a share of our profits with a bonus
  • Refer a friend and get rewarded when they join Future
