About the Role:

We're seeking an energetic and ambitious Event Manager to oversee promotional events and marketing campaigns for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for results to take ownership of event performance, manage brand representation, and lead a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage promotional events across various venues
  • Represent clients professionally and ensure brand consistency at all times
  • Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Engage with customers to increase awareness, generate interest, and drive sales outcomes
  • Track and analyse performance to improve event results
  • Contribute ideas to enhance marketing strategy and event effectiveness

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets
  • Confidence in engaging with the public and managing small teams
  • Professional attitude, creativity, and adaptability
  • Experience in event coordination, promotions, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage, but not essential – full training is provided
