About the Role:

We're looking for a highly organized and goal-driven Outreach Virtual Assistant to support daily communication with U.S. food and beverage businesses, including coffee shops, cafes, and potential wholesale partners. In this role, you'll be responsible for sending hundreds of outbound messages per day using pre-approved templates, tracking responses, and helping move qualified leads through the engagement funnel.

This is a performance-focused role requiring strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to manage large outreach volumes efficiently. Prior experience in food and beverage, CPG, or B2B outreach is a strong plus.

What You'll Do

  • Execute high-volume daily outreach (a few hundred messages per day) via email and chat using pre-approved templates and sequences.
     

  • Respond to inbound messages professionally and in a timely manner, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
     

  • Track outreach results and maintain organized conversation records for smooth follow-up and reporting.
     

  • Update and manage lead data in spreadsheets or CRM tools to ensure all activity is accurately logged.
     

  • Flag high-interest leads and non-templated inquiries for personalized or escalated follow-up.
     

  • Collaborate with the Lead VA and other team members to align messaging cadence and targeting priorities.
     

  • Support outreach testing initiatives by reporting patterns, common responses, and potential improvements to templates or process flow.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in outreach, customer support, or virtual assistant work.
     

  • Background in CPG, food and beverage, or B2B communication preferred.
     

  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Sheets, and CRM or outreach platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Airtable).
     

  • Strong written English comprehension and communication skills (speaking not required).
     

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet daily outreach targets.
     

  • Organized and self-motivated with a consistent, results-driven mindset.
     

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. business hours.
