Job Summary: Monday to Friday 3:00-6:30 pm
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment for their development.Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise children in the nursery setting- Demonstrate leadership skills to guide and support nursery staff- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children- Utilise experience in childcare to create engaging activities and learning opportunities- Drive the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum- Support children's learning and development through play and structured activitiesExperience:- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting- Qualifications in childcare or early years education- Proficient in English language skills, both written and verbal- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies- Ability to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children- Understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in practice- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 17.5 per week
