We are seeking a bold and ambitious Digital Producer, who has been at the heart of successful digital teams that make video content people talk about and share.

Obsessed with football and content, you will have strong opinions on what makes a brilliant video and will share that passion with the rest of the Digital team making content for UEFA.

Working alongside the Digital Lead and the Digital Producers, you will help to shape the creative direction of the team, coming up with ideas for player access and what we can do with the endless possibilities of the vast and unrivalled UEFA archive.

What we're looking for:

• An individual with a track record of making brilliant digital and social video content for a major sports organisation.
• An ideas person. You can take any combination of variables and turn it into an idea that will not only meet the brief, but exceed expectations.
• A football content obsessive. You should be completely locked into the trends around football content, observing and taking inspiration from the hours of content available.
• A communicator. You should be the confident voice in the room. You back your experience and your talent and can articulate your points intelligently. You are just as comfortable speaking to the client as you are to the most junior member of the team.
• An individual with significant experience working in a live environment. You will have run live digital productions for a major sports organisation, dealing with multiple deliverables and tight deadlines.

Your Mission:

• To make football content for Whisper's UEFA department that is regarded as the best in the industry.
• To inspire and develop the team of assistant producers and graphics designers, pushing them to become as ambitious and creative as possible.
• To encourage the client and their clubs/national teams/partners to try new things and move with trends. When the opportunity presents itself to be bold and ambitious, you have a plan in place.
• To set high standards and maintain them. Working alongside the other digital producers, you will be responsible for a very high benchmark for quality control and accuracy.

The Skills You Bring:

• You know how to make video content that provokes strong reactions in an audience. You know the difference between 'good enough' and 'industry-leading'.
• You have been a senior individual in a high-functioning content team and understand the realities of working with broadcasters, governing bodies and sports teams.
• A passion for digital and social platforms. You can confidently explain to stakeholders why we make creative production decisions.
• You can write a flawless brief that not only will a club's press officer will be happy to approve but a shoot producer at a remote location will fully understand.
• You should have a very strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and be able to offer advice about the software to assistant producers.

Location:

The base for this position is Kew, London.

Working Days:

5 day week, x4 days in office and x1 day WFH

You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based on production requirement.

Lieu days will be given for any days worked over a five-day week.

Whisper offer the option of flexitime hours subject to production requirements.
