Your key responsibilities


•    Partner with the manufacturing leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. 

•    Manage employee relations issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining positive employee relations. 

•    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. 

•    Lead projects to implement changes in relation to systems and/or benefits 

•    Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disciplinaries, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. 

•    Identify key talent and high-potential employees, working closely with people leaders to develop and implement robust development plans. 

•    Collaborate with corporate HR and learning and development teams to deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and competencies 

•    Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans. 

•    Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. 

•    Ensure compliance with all dsm-firmenich requirements and UK local employment laws and regulations. 

•    Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace culture.

You bring


•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

•    Minimum of 5 years of HR experience. 
Strong knowledge of employment laws. 

•    Proven experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.

•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization 

•    Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development 

•    Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
