Sales Manager – Security Systems | London & Surrounding Areas
As Sales Manager, you will combine your sales expertise with hands-on knowledge of security system installation and integration. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing high-end London projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in London and surrounding areas.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for high-end projects.
- Coordinate with installation and integration teams to ensure seamless delivery of security solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and advice on complex security systems to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience within the security systems sector.
- Hands-on installer/integrator experience with CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and IP telephony.
- Strong project management experience, particularly in high-end or complex installations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Salary & Benefits:
- £50,000–£60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission.
