Salary: £14.00 per hour

Hours: Flexible – between 28–42 hours per week (we're happy to discuss what works best for you)

Work pattern: Monday to Friday, plus every other weekend

About the Role

As a Senior Carer at Chirk Court, you'll play a key role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents, many of whom are living with dementia. You'll be responsible for leading a small household of around 10 residents — supporting with personal care, administering medication, and ensuring each person feels valued and supported.

Working alongside other Senior Carers, you'll lead and motivate a dedicated team of care staff, manage the rota, and make sure care delivery reflects our values of Trust, Kindness, and Hope.

What You'll Need
  • Experience in a care setting, ideally as a Care Supervisor, Shift Leader (Care), or Deputy Care Manager
  • A caring, confident approach with good leadership skills
  • A relevant qualification or commitment to complete the All Wales Induction Framework or Level 3 Health & Social Care
