We have an opportunity for someone to join our Peterborough depot as a 'Lead Driver'.

A typical day will see you overseeing and supporting a small team of drivers at the beginning or end of their shifts, ensuring they are able to complete their delivery routes safely. You will be responsible for logging any anomalies or defects and supporting the manager with audit and compliance checks, before heading out on the road to deliver vital medication.

This position will give you a chance to broaden your leadership/mentor skills within the world of logistics.

What is required?

For someone to be successful in this role we will require:

  • Previous experience of leading and motivating a team.
  • Knowledge of logistic policies and procedures
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft packages
  • A clean UK drivers licence.
