The Role

  • Show your experience and ability to manage large sections of guests during busy periods to deliver an impeccable level of service and attention to detail
  • Inspire your team to deliver the owners vision, to bring a unique and immersive dining experience to our guests
  • Show your passion for learning and developing new skills
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of food and beverage and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience
  • Adapt your style to different situations and different customer requirements
  • Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail to our guests throughout their time at Tattu
  • Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing
