Job Opportunity: Sales Representative  (Office based)

Please note; this position is based on-site in Runcorn, WA7. Please ensure you can reliably commute before applying.

We're looking for a motivated and office based - customer-focused Sales representative to join our client's team based in Runcorn.

Our client, based in Cheshire and part of the family-run Group that was formed over 50 years ago, manufactures car parts to protective clothing. With in-house tooling, rapid turnaround, and a team of experienced design engineers, delivering tailored, high-quality products backed by decades of expertise and award-winning service.

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay:
  • £12.33 per hour (until completion of first probation period where this will be reviewed).

Start Date:
  • ASAP for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect new clients to grow the customer base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through excellent service and support.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails professionally.
  • Track and report on sales activity and client interactions.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Assist with scheduling follow-ups and managing client accounts.
  • Keep CRM systems and client records up to date.
  • Meet individual and team sales target.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Confidence in prospecting and engaging new clients.
  •  Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  •  A proactive and results-driven mind-set.
  •  Good organisational and time management skills.
  •  Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
  •  Team player with a positive attitude.
  •  Previous experience in sales or customer service (desirable but not essential).
