Senior Game Producer

Overview
As a Senior Game Producer at Fanatics Game Studios (FGS), you will lead the creation of world-class online casino content that is exclusive to Fanatics. This role is at the heart of our dual content strategy — producing bespoke titles with our in-house development team on our proprietary Remote Game Server (RGS) and delivering custom games in partnership with leading third-party studios. You will oversee projects from concept to launch, ensure alignment with our strategic roadmap, and help shape the future of FGS's exclusive game portfolio.
The Senior Game Producer is both a master organizer and a creative driver — ensuring games are innovative, high-quality, and delivered on schedule, while building strong relationships across engineering, design, art, QA, marketing, analytics, and external partners. You will also play a key role in defining and executing the broader product strategy, leveraging data, research, and player insights to keep our games ahead of the market.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of game production for both in-house and third-party exclusive titles, from initial concept through launch and post-release optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party studios, managing schedules, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with in-house engineering, art, design, and QA teams to produce games on FGS's proprietary RGS platform.
- Define product requirements, write user stories, and manage feature backlogs related to games and supporting features.
- Partner with leadership to shape and maintain the game content roadmap, ensuring alignment with FGS's overall strategy and business goals.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and remove roadblocks to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
- Drive regular production rituals (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) to ensure clear communication and accountability.
- Ensure all games meet regulatory requirements and jurisdictional standards for online casino content.
- Analyze performance data, player feedback, and market trends to inform design improvements and future roadmap decisions.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Marketing, and Product to align go-to-market strategies, optimize in-app promotion, and ensure timely, successful launches of in-house games.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence within the production team.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in game production, project management, or product management within online gaming, mobile gaming, or a related entertainment software industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality games on time and within scope, ideally in regulated or real-money gaming markets.
- Strong understanding of the casino games development process, from concept and design to engineering, art, QA, and release.
- Experience managing both internal teams and external development partners.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of online casino regulatory frameworks and jurisdictional requirements is a plus.
- A passion for gaming, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of what casino games can be.
