We're looking for a skilled Panel Technician to join our Peterborough team, where your expertise will be valued, your career supported, and your work recognised for the quality it represents.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Replacing, repairing, and aligning panels to manufacturer specifications
- Using the latest tools, techniques, and repair methods to ensure exceptional quality
- Working to defined productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Supporting your team and contributing to a positive, professional workshop culture
- Proven experience as a Panel Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
- Proficiency in MIG/MAG welding and advanced panel repair techniques
- ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- A team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and sense of accountability
