Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. As a Style Advisor, you will provide expert fashion consulting to customers, offering personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships. You play a key role in creating a positive and memorable shopping experience that aligns with the brand's ethos.
Qualifications
- Deep Product Knowledge and familiarity with fashion trends
- Expertise in Fashion Consulting and personalized styling
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service experience, with a focus on creating positive client experiences
- Sales skills, including achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Passion for fashion and attention to detail
- Previous retail or styling experience is a valuable asset
