What you'll bring to the position:
- Diploma qualified in financial planning (ideally chartered, or working towards Chartered status).
- Committed to continuous professional development, always keeping your CPD logs and training up to date.
- Proven experience in financial planning—independent, restricted, or corporate—demonstrating your ability to deliver outstanding advice.
- Capacity for new client development and great willingness to self develop in this space as key part of your role in supporting AL's impressive growth.
- Flexibility and a growth mindset to continuously support AL during high growth nationwide
- Exceptional integrity and interpersonal communication skills both internally and externally.
- A track record of achieving challenging new client development goals in a regulated environment, with the drive to win and nurture recurring revenue too.
- Confident with back-office systems and meticulous in your attention to detail.
- Satisfactory Fit & Proper status, confirmed through Ascot Lloyd's annual assessment—integrity is at the heart of everything you do.
What to expect of the interview process at Ascot Lloyd?
3 stage interviews [After pre screening, you should expect 1 vales & competency interview, 1 technical interview/ case study and 1 final interview]. We like to keep things simple
