Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an IT Manager, located in Doncaster with flexibility for remote work. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, managing IT systems and networks, and developing and implementing IT policies. Key tasks include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring data security, and managing IT projects. The role also involves vendor communication, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, network systems, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Strategic Skills: Experience in IT policy development, project management, and overseeing IT budgets.
  • Security and Compliance Skills: Knowledge of data security practices, compliance standards, and risk management.
  • Communication and Leadership: Strong communication skills, ability to manage vendor relationships, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Additional Preferences: Familiarity with cloud computing, certifications in IT management (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA), and experience in hybrid work environments.
