Spa Therapist

The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality services, managing client relationships, and contributing to the Resorts's welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Perform a range of treatments including deep tissue massages, facials, pedicures manicures and other specialised therapies.
• Deliver outstanding guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalised recommendations.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and centre revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and communal areas in accordance with health regulations.
• Support management with organisational tasks and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Provide expert advice on skincare, beauty routines, and wellness programmes to clients seeking personalised solutions.

Skills

• Minimum level 2 in Beauty Therapy , level 3 preferred
• Proven experience in beauty therapy roles, with specific expertise in massage therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Experience in upselling treatments or retail products to enhance client experience and centre profitability.
• Organisational skills combined with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career within the beauty industry while delivering memorable experiences for our clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour
