Job Description

We are recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef at The Reserve. As Senior Sous Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll assist in leading a passionate team, help create inspiring seasonal menus, and ensure every dish served reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
  • Lead, motivate, and develop junior chefs
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Assist with ordering, stock control, and waste management
  • Help design and execute menus that align with the resort's unique identity
  • Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and allergen procedures
