What You'll Be Doing:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outstanding Guest Service: Take orders with a smile, serve drinks and food, and make sure each guest feels special and valued.
  • Pristine Dining Areas: Set up and maintain stylish and spotless dining spaces to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Knowledgeable Recommendations: Utilize your familiarity with our menu to confidently upsell drinks and dishes, enhancing the dining experience.
  • Smooth Transactions: Handle cash and card payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to clear tables, set up for service, and maintain a smooth flow, especially during busy times.
  • Guest Interaction: Regularly check in with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Energetic Atmosphere: Help create a warm and inviting ambiance that encourages guests to return time and time again.
