What You'll Do

We're looking for a skilled, hands-on individual to join our professional installation team as Junior Loft Technician/Installer. The job is an entry position with the expectation to gain the skills and knowledge to work independently and progress into a Lead Installer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install loft ladders, boarding, hatches, lighting and insulation to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Deliver friendly, respectful service to every customer
  • Work independently or as part of a team
  • Uphold our reputation for quality and professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, joinery, construction, or general trades is desirable
  • Experience working with customers face to face
  • Comfortable working in loft spaces and at height
  • Physically fit and able to manage manual tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A positive, can-do attitude and great customer service skills
  • Own tools is desirable but not essential
  • The desire to want to learn and become a valuable member of the team
  • Full UK driving licence

Locations

  • More Than Loft Ladders South Midlands operates across a wide area which includes Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Peterborough and Cambridge. Work locations vary depending on customer demand .
