This role is an night delivery assistant role whilst the store is closed, putting away deliveries and picking items for home delivery. The shifts are and will be contracted to 3 shifts per week with opportunity for overtime.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter 
  • Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
  • Make sure that the stock room is neat and tidy, and restocking products from deliveries
  • Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products 
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
