Merchandise Presentation Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual that loves to develop creative solutions on how to merchandise products in store to join our Store Operations team as a
Merchandise Presentation Manager
.

In this role you will be partnering with Buying, Merchandising, Store Experience, and other HO functions to develop and implement layout, flow adjacencies & Merchandising directives for our retail stores across Europe. You will be assessing commercial trends to develop resources to streamline tasks, increase productivity and drive sales & profit, and as part of this you will also be articulating this vision to the field and business partners within TJX Europe.

About you:

  • You'll be the type of person who has excellent influencing skills and a clear understanding of retail store environments & processes.
  • You will have demonstratable experience of Visual Merchandising either in a field or Central/HO role and be able to showcase your strong creative and innovation skills and the results you have delivered.
  • You will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills which will allow you to articulate your strategic vision to different levels of the business.
  • Your career to date will have shown you to be numerate, analytical and to be comfortable interpreting complex data to make sound recommendations.
  • You will be experienced and comfortable working in a complex, fast paced & change driven environment where results and relationships are critical
