Social First Content Creator

WHO WE'RE SEARCHING FOR

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social content, be an accomplished content creator and a great collaborator.   

As well as creating the content, you will edit it, manage and review work from Jr content creator, and ensure that all content meets the highest standards. This person needs to have an excellent understanding of the Adobe suite, Canva, as well as a passion and knowledge of AI content creation. 

Reporting directly to the Head of Production, this position suits someone confident

working independently, detail-oriented,  experienced in guiding others and committed to delivering the best-in-class social content. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Deliver high-quality content for both paid and organic social.
  • Creating best-in-class social content that stands out from the rest.
  • Management and oversight of a team of Jr CC.
  • Directing video shoots, managing lighting, camera operation, and

production setups

  • Collaborating with the creative teams to bring their ideas to life through social-first video
  • Oversee efficient file workflows, asset management and media organisation
  • Use AI-driven creative tools confidently, including generative video tools, Adobe Firefly

and other modern automation technologies

  • Stay informed on social trends and best practices, applying this thinking to projects.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

  • 8+ Years working in content production, post production and social.
  • Proven ability to craft high-quality short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, canva,, with confidence in

colour grading, VFX, sound design and post-production workflows

  • Deep understanding of content production, camera operating, lighting and sound.
  • Management of Jr team members
  • AI skills are essential, including familiarity with modern generative tools and their real

world application in content workflows

  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining high standards.
  • Understanding of brands and how they operate and show up on social.
