Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team.

The hours available are

Monday to Friday 5pm - 7pm

Hours can be shared if needed.

Duties

  • Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
  • Assess students' swimming abilities and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
  • Develop lesson plans that incorporate water safety education alongside swimming techniques.
  • Ensure a safe and positive learning environment by monitoring students during lessons and enforcing safety rules.
  • Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress, goals, and any concerns.

Skills

  • Swimming teacher qualification
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students of all ages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey instructions clearly.
  • Patience and adaptability to cater lessons to individual learning styles.

Pay: £17.35-£25.00 per hour
