RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver an exceptional level of personal and small-group training
- Build genuine relationships with members and support them on their fitness journeys
- Bring energy, professionalism, and care to every session — helping members leave feeling better than when they arrived
- Contribute ideas to programming, community events, and the overall member experience
- Support the day-to-day running of the gym and ensure the facility is always clean, organised, and welcoming
- Be part of our digital presence — from sharing tips to helping create engaging social content
- Work as part of a tight-knit team that values collaboration, communication, and continuous growth
REQUIREMENTS
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Genuine passion for helping others and being part of a team
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a drive to continually improve your craft
- Most importantly — you love what you do and bring that energy to every session
