MATIERE PREMIERE creates fragrances that center around one natural ingredient in high dosage, emphasizing perfume quality. The company prioritizes organic and fair-trade raw materials from around the world and grows its own roses and tuberoses using organic farming in the Grasse region. MATIERE PREMIERE's fragrances come in their natural color and are aged to refine their character. The fragrances offer an unforgettable sillage, an emotional imprint. All fragrances are crafted by co-Founder and Creative Perfumer Aurélien Guichard.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Fragrance Sales Ambassador located in London. The Fragrance Sales Ambassador will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing in-depth knowledge of our fragrance products, assisting with selection based on customer preferences, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also includes maintaining the presentation of the display area, conducting product demonstrations, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry
- Strong ability to understand and convey the unique qualities of our fragrances
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for fragrances and an understanding of different scent profiles
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or related field is a plus
