Title/Position:Wholesale Support AnalystLocation:Basildon (Phoenix House)Sector:AutomotiveBusiness:Truck industryDepartment:Commercial LendingContract Type:Internship (Full-time)Duration:12 monthsWork Schedule:Hybrid (3 days in office)Salary:£26,000 or £28,000 depending on your university degree level.Reports to:Portfolio ManagerBasic Function/Responsibilities:You will be supporting Brands and Commercial Lending Portfolio Performance. Supporting the Sale of CNH / Iveco Branded Equipment and Parts through the dealer network and achieve CNH / Iveco Capital Profitability Targets by minimizing risk costs and delinquency.Assist Portfolio Manager in reducing risk and building relationships with dealers by offering support in systems, statement reconciliation, account disputes, pending credit note issues, development of action plans, documentation requests/verification, research of equipment and answering questions regarding process, policies and procedures.Ensure timely collection of past due and future due receivables on regular dealers.Report on portfolio situation and quality. Specific reporting for dealers in special situation.Manage on local level the shipment process, including assisting in the determination of credit lines and collateral as per existing policies and procedures.Serve as a liaison with internal departments (such as: Industrial, Parts, Retail) as well as external clients (such as: dealers and lending institutions)Assist and complete the field stock audit process/findings. Deliver best in class quality according to existing requirements. Drive local relationship with 3rd party audit provider.Support the process of having update collaterals (Bank Guarantees) in place.Assist in development and marketing commercial lending products.Participation in projects as requested.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting/finance or business.Financial Analysis skills preferred.Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
