Anaplan Model Builder Remote £70,000 to £90,000 per annum Permanent

Our client is seeking an Anaplan Model Builder to join their team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise modelling. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on sharing expertise, enjoys collaborative problem-solving, and is eager to elevate their skills while contributing to impactful projects across multiple business areas.

Anaplan Model Builder – What will you be doing?

  • Optimising existing Anaplan models, ensuring they meet high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Delivering monthly reporting by integrating Anaplan information into Power BI, supporting seamless data flows across platforms.
  • Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of established models, troubleshooting issues proactively and implementing enhancements as needed.
  • Support the transition towards a V5 contract structure, exploring new options for enterprise hyper-modelling and helping define best practices for future projects.
  • Contributing ideas beyond assigned tasks by identifying opportunities for improvement in model architecture or process automation without requiring constant direction.
  • Assisting in rolling out new initiatives such as Anaplan Data Orchestration (ADO), preparing yourself to learn quickly if you have not previously worked with these technologies.
  • Promoting the adoption of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within the team, helping establish robust processes.

Anaplan Model Builder – What will you need?

  • Level 2 Anaplan qualification, demonstrating your deep understanding of model building according to 'The Anaplan Way' standards.
  • Proven experience managing complex Anaplan models independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
  • Ability to integrate Anaplan data into Power BI systems or willingness to quickly develop these skills if not already proficient.
  • Readiness to explore Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes even if you have not previously implemented them.
  • Eagerness to learn and roll out Anaplan Data Orchestration (ADO), showing adaptability when faced with new technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers from varied backgrounds.
  • Enthusiastic attitude towards professional development through training opportunities offered by the organisation.
