In this varied role, you'll support the College in meeting its statutory and internal compliance obligations through the effective coordination of CPD, policy administration, Health & Safety, GDPR, and other compliance-related activities. You'll work collaboratively with HR, or Senior Leadership Team, and departments across the College to ensure training, documentation, and processes are timely, inclusive, and aligned with best practice. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating college-wide CPD days, managing training records and compliance reporting, supporting policy tracking and audit preparation. If you're highly organised, enjoy working across multiple projects, and take pride in supporting a culture of continual improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience working in a business environment in an administrative role
- Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail
- Experience of working in a fast-paced business environment
- Level 2 English or Maths [or equivalent]
- Excellent interpersonal skills, shown through your ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders
- Able to work accurately and adapt to changing deadlines
- Experience in a cross organisational role
