What You Will Do:
As Head of Sales, you will take the lead role in the company's commercial operations team winning new business and developing new product streams with existing and prospective customers. The main purpose is the strategic development and tactical execution of new business generation, delivering focused sales and marketing campaigns designed to drive aggressive revenue growth. This is a home-based role that requires regular customer visits on a national basis. We are looking for a sophisticated sales professional with a demonstrable track record of winning business and developing key accounts.
Developing growth strategies and plansManaging and retaining relationships with existing clientsIncreasing client baseHaving an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositionWriting business proposals, customer forecastsNegotiating with stakeholdersIdentifying and mapping business strengths and customer needsDeveloping and maintaining strong internal relationships, including overseas officesWhat You Will Have:
Ideally you will have demonstrable experience of selling packaging machinery into the food production sectorHigh-level communication and stakeholder management skillsAdvanced negotiation skillsExperience with design and implementation of business development strategyConflict resolutionThe ability to self-motivateExperience of setting, working to and exceeding targetsColleagues enjoy working in a growing, fast paced, and challenging environment.
