Job Title: Premises Manager

Actual Annual Salary: £15,545 - £16,958 based on 18 hours per week, all year round

Full Time Equivalent Salary: £31,954 - £34,860 (CLF Grade D)  based on 37 hours per week, all year round.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Part-Time, 18 hours per week, Monday to Friday.  The working pattern can be discussed at interview

Provisional Start Date: January 2026 – on completion of pre employment checks.

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Premises Manager to join the CLF Premises Team, supporting one of our specialist SEMH academies, Lime Hills Academy.

Currently based in Nailsea, Lime Hills Academy is preparing for an exciting future move to a brand-new, purpose-built site in Churchill, opening in the first half of 2027. This role will play a key part in relocating students, setting up the new site, and learning and managing the building systems, a fantastic opportunity to be part of a transformational journey, with the potential for increased hours as the academy grows.

About you:

  • A hands-on, solution-focused individual with experience in site management, facilities, or a transferable skill set
  • Someone with keen attention to detail, able to confidently undertake compliance testing and day-to-day maintenance
  • A person who takes pride in creating safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environments for students and staff.
  • A team player who's ready to contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking premises team across the CLF Trust
