Position Overview

We are looking for people who enjoy new domains like IoT, exploring new technologies, developing new skills, using industry-leading development techniques, and building systems that matter to our customers. We need you if you like a wide variety of work, enjoy a challenge, and are passionate about high-quality software engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting of deep technical issues
  • Solve Tier2/Tier3 connectivity problems in the telecom domain
  • Participate in troubleshooting sessions with customers and other floLIVE teams
  • Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback
  • Follow agreed SLAs

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of mobile core networks (2G/3G/4G/5G)
  • Experience with Telecom networks – (HLR/HSS; GGSN/PGW; Diameter; GTP; SIGTRAN) is an Advantage
  • Experience with the European MNO market is an advantage
  • Experience with solving IoT devices/Connectivity issues
  • Excellent customer relation expertise
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions
  • Excellent communication skills: Capable of explaining technical issues and successes to other members of the team and the clients.
  • Creating documentation: We follow a strict documentation process
  • Improvement focus: Have a proven ability to learn new technologies and put them into practice.
  • Fluent written and spoken English - a MUST
