Contract Cleaners – Greenford, UB6

At Proactive Cleaners, we are seeking respectful, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for quality and service to join our growing team. While not essential, holding a full valid UK driving licence is preferred.

Roles Available

Contract Cleaning Operatives – Supporting our clients in maintaining clean, hygienic, and productive workplaces. We are currently recruiting for part-time positions. Ideal candidates will have excellent attention to detail and consistently deliver high standards of cleaning. We are looking for dedicated team members who prioritise safety and quality in their work.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitise restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas
  • Empty bins and replace liners
  • Ensure cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and report shortages where necessary
  • Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Complete cleaning tasks as outlined in the cleaning schedule
  • Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Physical stamina (standing, bending, lifting)
  • Must wear the company uniform at all times while on duty
  • Full UK driving licence desirable (not essential)

Job Details

  • Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Permanent
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (with possible overtime)
  • Rate: £13 per hour
  • Location: UB6
  • Enhanced DBS: Not required
  • CSCS: Not required
