MLOPS Engineer

We are seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our data science and engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools that enable efficient development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models at scale.
This role bridges the gap between data science and production, ensuring models are reliable, reproducible, and performant in real-world environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Deployment & Automation
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models and data workflows.
- Automate model training, testing, deployment, and versioning processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists to move models from experimentation to production.
- Infrastructure & Tooling
- Build and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML workloads.
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
- Optimize compute resources for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Monitoring & Maintenance
- Develop monitoring systems for model performance, drift, and data quality.
- Create alerting and logging solutions for deployed models and services.
- Ensure model retraining pipelines are robust and auditable.
- Collaboration & Best Practices
- Work closely with data engineers, ML scientists, and DevOps teams.
- Establish MLOps best practices, including reproducibility, version control, and documentation.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and automation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £65,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London E16
