Salary: £450-£500 a week

Start Date: Immediate Start

Contract Length: Full Time, Term-time only

Ribbons & Reeves are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive Secondary School in Lambeth. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Role Overview – SEND Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of additional learning needs
  • Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to deliver tailored support plans
  • Help to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural development

What we're looking for - SEND Teaching Assistant:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in a related subject
  • Genuine passion for working with young people with SEND
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic, patient, and resilient approach to supporting learners
  • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
