  • Ensure external customer concerns are dealt with in a prompt, effective manner.
  • Ensure that we are delivering quality assured products to both internal and external customers.
  • Provide hands-on technical quality support, applying stuctured problem-solving methodologies (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) and continuous improvement tools to drive down CoPQ and DPPM.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Customer Services Department (CSD) for managing and resolving customer returns.
  • Investigate customer returns promptly, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Report quality issues, adverse trends, and proposed corrective actions to relevant stakeholders in a timely and data-driven manner.
  • Support production teams by identifying, analysing, and resolving quality issues at the source.
  • Proactively identify potential process risks and improvement opportunities to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
  • Perform incoming goods inspections as required, ensuring supplier compliance with specifications.
