About the Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to join our Engineering team based in Great Yarmouth. This role provides vital administrative support across Engineering, Projects, and Production departments. You will coordinate and communicate drawings, support data entry into business systems, and assist in producing technical documentation and graphical materials. Your contribution will help ensure our engineering operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute technical documents for Engineering, Projects, and Production teams
  • Provide accurate copies of engineering drawings to relevant departments
  • Assist in the preparation of manufacturing documentation and bills of materials
  • Support teams in obtaining and updating engineering drawings as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company information
  • Complete QA training and demonstrate understanding in practice
  • Perform other duties as necessary to meet customer and company goals

Qualifications & Skills

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English; technical further education preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
