Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Commercially focused property solicitor located in Reading, with optional scope for hybrid working (up to 2 days per week) .
You will handle and develop a caseload primarily focused on commercial property, including secured lending, & business leases. The role offers flexibility to cover other company / commercial work according to your areas of interest and experience.
You will enjoy the opportunity for career advancement in a supportive and vocational law firm.
Requirements
- Strong core competencies in the law and practice related to commercial property (leasehold & freehold) and secured lending;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills with the ability to work to deadlines;
- Integrity and professionalism in all your dealings with clients and contacts;
- Able to: meet client needs & requirements effectively and efficiently;
work collaboratively with team colleagues and other professionals ; and
contribute actively to the firm's business development.
Qualifications
- Solicitor (England & Wales), preferably with 3+ years PQE
