THE ROLE:

We're on the hunt for a
Digital Trade Manager
to join our growing team and help drive digital sales across our DTC, Amazon and TikTok Shop platforms. The role spans E-commerce Management, CRM Strategy and Execution, digital performance reporting and partner support for Amazon and TikTok shop operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:


Managing Shopify platforms for 3+ brands:
All the daily duties of uploading products, merchandising and optimising customer experience in order to grow sales. You must have worked with Shopify before and familiar with how to get the best out of the platform.


CRM :
Building a CRM strategy and executing across all brands and managing the CRM platform. Developing and finessing the customer comms to maximise sales and profits, using latest trends software and techniques.


Amazon :
Managing the Amazon agency relationship and ensuring all requirements are met for maximising sales on the platform and reporting back to the business on performance.


TikTok shop :
Working with our TikTok agency on strategy and execution, in order to build and maximise sales opportunities with focus on profit and stock management.


Insights and Reporting:
Regular reporting back to the business of performance of each platform with insights and practical actions.


Collaboration:
Working with internal teams in order to understand and act on priorities, coming up with ideas to drive business and run campaigns for new launches. Proactively briefing content and stock requirements ahead of time to support new product launches and content requirements.


Track the Trends:
Staying in the loop with platform updates, social trends, and competitor moves—and use them to keep us ahead of the game.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

A genuine passion for beauty, skincare and makeup and experience in the industry, but its not essential. Most important to us is genuine experience in fast retail environments and an obsession for trade.

Strong understanding of Shopify platforms, how to optimise UX and UI. Fundamental understanding of Amazon preferred. Experience with TikTok shop would be amazing but not essential.

Bonus if you've dabbled in or have basic design skills, can code etc
