Job Description:

Seeking a skilled OSS Orchestration Architect for a strategic contract assignment, focused on evaluating, integrating, and architecting orchestration solutions within advanced telecom environments. This role centers on the assessment and comparison of leading orchestration platforms, development of RFx material, and guidance of migration strategies for next-generation automation and service fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess orchestration platforms, with hands-on involvement in solution integration, architecture, and workflow design
  • Develop RFx (RFI/RFP) documentation and detailed assessment criteria for platform/vendor selection
  • Analyze technical capabilities, integration patterns, and API readiness of orchestration solutions
  • Define optimal migration approaches from legacy tools to new orchestration platforms
  • Compare commercial models and assess operational impacts to inform business decisions
  • Produce clear architecture summaries, technical recommendations, and executive reports for stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with both technical and business teams to drive transformation initiatives

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with one or more orchestration platforms (e.g., Ciena Blue Planet, ServiceNow, Amdocs, Netcracker, Nokia, Ericsson, Cisco, Huawei, Comarch)
  • Deep understanding of OSS domains—automation workflows, service fulfillment, inventory, and network process automation
  • Strong architectural capabilities: HLD, integration analysis, use-case design, multi-vendor environment experience
  • Proficiency with TMF Open APIs and high-level concepts of SDN, NFV, and CNF
  • Track record in contributing to RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and developing solution documentation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and present recommendations clearly

Preferred:

  • Experience in large-scale telecom transformation or similar complex environments
  • Familiarity with current industry automation and digital operations trends

Engagement:

  • Initial contract: 6 months, with onsite presence (2 days/week) required
  • Local candidates preferred; rapid onboarding process with streamlined background checks
