We are a leading building, refurbishment, and fit-out contractor, and we are looking to welcome an experienced Document Controller to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, great attention to detail, and proven experience with Procore Construction Management software to play a vital role in managing project documentation across a variety of high-profile schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of project documentation through Procore, ensuring accurate uploading, tracking, and distribution of all documents.
  • Manage RFIs, Technical Submittals, Sample Submittals, Professional Team Drawings, and Subcontractor & Supplier Drawings.
  • Liaise closely with the project team, clients, and supply chain to resolve missing or incorrect information.
  • Support efficient document retrieval throughout all project stages.
  • Assist with the collation of Operation & Maintenance Manuals and other essential project documentation.
  • Participate in review meetings to monitor outstanding documentation and report on progress.
  • Provide general project administration support, including document distribution, printing, and preparing presentation materials.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in Procore Construction Management software (essential).
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in construction document control is beneficial but not essential.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
