We're hiring a Luggage Porter

Aethos London Shoreditch is looking for a warm, energetic, and service-driven individual to join our Front of House team as a Luggage Porter. This is a fantastic opportunity to start or grow your hospitality career within a stylish, vibrant, and guest-focused hotel environment.

What You'll Do

As our Luggage Porter, you'll be the first friendly face our guests meet. You'll assist with luggage, support arrivals and departures, keep our lobby immaculate, and help ensure every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. No two days are the same this role suits someone active, positive, and passionate about guest experience.

What We're Looking For
  • A natural people person with excellent communication skills
  • Someone polished, professional, and reliable
  • Ability to lift and handle luggage
  • Previous hotel or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not essential
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
