We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Contracts Specialist to join our Procurement team and provide critical support across operations and contracts. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial contracting experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving. This business provides specialist consulting expertise for their clients globally.

Your new role

  • Support operations and business development teams in reviewing invitations to tender and proposals, identifying commercial risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Review draft client contracts to ensure compliance and protect business interests.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales-related agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, licencing agreements, and teaming agreements.
  • Manage contract claims and variations effectively.
  • Assist in resolving commercial disputes with clients.
  • Advise internal teams on a wide range of commercial issues, including intellectual property, contractual liability, conflicts of interest, and business ethics.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for contract management.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in commercial contracting.
  • Strong working knowledge of English Contract Law.
  • Familiarity with procurement procedures
  • Proven negotiation skills in client-facing environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
