Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various commercial and institutional spaces. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
  • Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely
  • Maintain cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures and quality standards

Requirements

  • Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies
  • Reliable work ethic with punctuality and professionalism
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality of client spaces
